I have a stromer st1 platinium with Power 48 engine, but my city has many mountains, I have the opportunity to exchange it for a Mountain 33 engine you recommend this change?

keep the longer range battery (14.5ah) and swap the motor.
Are you switching the bike itself, Platinum to Elite?
