Nyon shared between two bikes?

I have my main bike that has a purion and my tandem with intuvia. I have been waiting for the smartphone hub to come in to replace the purion. but now with the tandem I am wondering about having a intuvia display installed and then using the nyon between the bikes insead of having two smartphone hubs installed. I am having my bike worked on and some wires replaced o adding the intuvia now would not cost much. but I wonder about the differences between the nyon and smatphone hub in the us? I know I would have to put the intuvia back on when I take it to the dealers.

I don't know what would be involved in using one Nyon on two different bikes, but my guess is that it either won't work, or will require some significant configuration changes in the nyon and the app each time you switch it to a different bike.

Since upgrading my Gazelle bike from the Intuvia to the Nyon, I have had the bike in to my LBS for service twice. I left the Nyon mounted rather than switching back to the Intuvia. I wondered if they would give me grief about it, but they never said a word.

my shop knows I have been waiting for the smartphone hub thats still not available. I was not sure if the nyon would detect the bike and change. it would be way too expensive having two of them. I guess the same thing would be ased of two smartphone hubs will the phone change for each bike?

It's too bad the eBay 1 GB Nyons no longer seem to be available as they were not very expensive. I bought a second one as a spare using the "Make offer" eBay option and got it for less than the "Buy it now" price.
