Just signed up after receiving my first ebike, a Rad Rhino 250 for commuting to work. (And the Pub in Summer)
Loving it so far (60 miles) but a couple of teething items to sort namely indexing and creaking crank area on heavier pedal loads.
Hope that can be sorted easily at an LBS locally. Got binned off on the phone at my usual Dealer (who I bought my Caad8 from) as 'their workshop is very busy and we suggest you try xxx' which I am sure is a bit of push back from a traditional dealer v Rad being online only/ non dealer. So, I will try xxx who has excellent google reviews and hope this works as I will need a cooperative LBS to run this bike.
