New TSDZ2 rough/binding at low speed

I made a video showing the problem. It’s very obvious when I’m rolling the bike backwards. I can feel it at low RPM and it goes away abruptly once the pedal cadence gets a bit higher. When pedaling without the motor on, it is not present at all. That leads me to believe that the problem is other side of the one way clutch it has in there.

Has anyone experienced this before?

If it doesn't happen when not powered up then all is good with the sprag clutch. It seems more like you are getting some electronic feedback somewhere in the connector wires or controller (that is under the cover on the non drive side. I've never had that problem but on my hub motors I have blown a few hall sensors and they act like that kind of.
