New Member and new to Electric Biking but Loving it

I am a 60 year old semi-retired guy. I have a Lectric XP and I am so happy with it. I think I did good research and found the correct bike for my use.
When I started to look for a bike, I decided it had to be Fold-able, as I want to take it camping around the country.
We do a lot of traveling, and after some trial time on my bike, my wife wanted one also, so we have ordered a bike for her. The new step through version.
We are waiting to receive hers, should be here about mid-August, and we have a trip planned as soon as it arrives, on the Katy Trail.

Welcome to the site.
I hope to ride the Katy trail some day, if I can find a companion to share the motel rooms. I drove it in Missouri in the eighties when the rails were still there, but saw no trains. I lived 2 blocks from the Katy in Houston where 4 to 8 gravel trains a day ran from San Marcos to downtown. I lived 6 blocks from the Katy in Herington Ks in 80-82, when they pulled up the siding that had served the downtown businesses.

I live in St. Louis MO and not only do we have the Katy trail start (or ends) here, there is a big project to create trails around the city, and along the river.
This is a great city to bike in, due to all the paved bike trails that almost connect, and someday will.

Myron, my wife and I are doing the same thing. We're Full time RVers and 77 years old. Our lectric xps are due in two weeks. How is it working out for you guys?
