You owe it to yourself to do some online research. There are probably dozens of Class 2 ebikes out there in all sorts of price ranges. Start with searches of "best class 2 ebikes" and "review class 2 ebikes" and you'll be amazed at your options. The more time you spend looking the better your chances of ending up with the right bike for you.
