NCN Milano plus 48v screen problems

Hi everyone I have a ncm milano plus 48v and I was caught in heavy rain the other day and it got wet it seemed like I got water in my screen and after letting the water out and allowed to dry the bike turns on for a second then shuts off thinking the das kit c7 display was soaked inside I proceeded to pull it apart now it's a totally sealed unit with levels of protection and the water that got in only sat on top of the second screen that's a totally sealed unit so I kept going after cutting the silicone and opening it up all seemed dry inside I tried rice the hair-dryer then no power at all thinking the screen has fried i went about life walking around but now I allowed a week to dry and thought I'd try one more time and the screen powered on for about 15 seconds maybe and turns off oh and the battery is fully charged can anyone please help

You could possibly have a Controller issue instead??

So you believe that it's the screen that's the problem or possibility controller is there any way to test either one with a multi metre?
