My experience with GreenBike USA

My experience with this company (GreenBike USA) has not been all that pleasant. The bike itself looks very good and it's seems to be of solid construction. HOWEVER, The ebike stopped working shortly after receiving it, and it's been in the shop for some time now. Dealing with this company (GreenBike USA) has not been easy for me... or the shop were the ebike currently is. Things do happen, but customer service and support are very important and this company has not been there for me.
