First off thanks for all the valuable info on this site. I’ve read through hundreds of threads researching which ebike to pull the trigger on. I’ll get straight to it.

Of the three bikes listed in my post which one should I get based on the following priorities:
1. I need it to be in stock and delivered by 2nd week of May
2. I want to spend less than $3k but obviously the less I spend the better.
3. I would like it to be reputable and reliable brand like a Toyota or Honda and would like manufacturer support if needed.
4. My riding will mostly be on flat to small hills, groomed dirt trails with occasional single track if possible.
5. I would like to be able to pull a trailer with my daughter in it. I weigh approximately 200lbs.
Thanks for all the help!

Whereabouts are you located? In the US you might consider RadPower Bikes because you may live in the operating area of a mobile van service like Velofix or their own Rad Mobile van service providers, enter your zip code further down the page here to check https://www.radpowerbikes.com/pages/mobile-service

When talking support, you've eliminated the others in favor of RAD. When it comes to online support, I think most will tell you they're pretty tough to beat....

To provide anything better, you're going to be talking about working directly with a local dealer.

I thought I had been reading that the fella from Biktrix was pretty responsive?

You want a reputation of Honda and Toyota? 😳

You would need to consider different brand then..
Maybe I should rephrase. I would love to spend the coin on a Yamaha but can’t justify the cost for how I’ll use it.
How about, out of these three which is the most reliable/problem free?

An opinion for sure, but IMHO, he's not in the same league the RAD folks are in. They sell WAY WAY more bikes than Biktrix.... and again IMHO, the reason they sell that many is about the level of support.

I own a 36v Bafang BBS01 mid-drive and find it adequate for towing a child trailer and carrying groceries in panniers. The Biktrix Juggernaut uses a 48v BBS02 mid-drive that has a 20% wider stator than mine and with the extra power I think it would suit your needs. Bafang BBS parts can be obtained from reputable suppliers like California ebike if for some reason Biktrix are out of stock.

That being said I don’t think any of your choices are bad, I bought a 36v Sondors Original battery 5 years ago that is still holding a charge and replacements are available. RadPower have a ton of cash they are spending improving their service network.
