So I am having issues trying to find a way to modify my bike to go past the 32km/h limitation. I have tried using the service menu to change the wheel size from 28in to 16in.. all this does is screw up the speedometer it reads 26km/h at max. I use Google Maps and it says I'm going 32 so it seems like changing the tire size option only effects the speedometer.
Looking at other posts there is a HAL effect sensor on the back wheel brace and a magnet on the spoke. My bike does not have this. Calling the local store it seems that he said how it determines the speed is in the actual hub. I was just curious if anybody else has any other information on this is this something I can open up and mod myself
