I read that some system have a max assist of 300, 320, 360% or can be adjusted to those levels.
Am i right that keeping it on the low side will help me have more range?

I can’t alter the power output levels of my 5 levels of assist on my bike, but absolutely, the less assist you use the more range you’ll achieve between recharges.
