Mastermind TCU display update

Evening all. After much searching i have failed to find a solution.
I have the Vado 5.0 with the TCU screen.
An update on my phone tells me that the TCU screen needs updating and refer to manual on how to put it in update mode.
There is nothing in my manual or what I can find online.

Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you

The display is the TCD-w.
If your Vado is 2022 Mastermind, this procedure might work:
