here's one pair from Amazon. They route struff in from Amazon UK and oftentimes the discount over a USA supplier is significant. I have bought at least two hubs this way and saved hundreds. Also BikeInn has them. I have a set of handlebars coming in from them (origin: Spain) and last time I used them it was for a Schwalbe Pickup tire.
