M1 ERZBERG S-Pedelec or Stromer ST2 a slightly odd match up I agree. I'm looking for a fun fast time on the rough roads and trails of Southern California. I'm 6'4 and 230 so I need a bike of some size and strength.

Erzberg S-pedelec with FOX suspension is a demo bike from Motostrano.

Coming back, Erzberg has 36V, 6Ah battery but they give you two, so you get roughly 415 Whr capacity. While it is a nice FSP, the requirement of carrying the second battery for anything over 20 miles is something you want to think about. If you're thinking of M1 bike, get their Spitzing from Motostrano. There is no FSP bike on the market that compares to the speed and power of M1.

ST2 on the other hand is a terrific but you can't take it off-road. Comes with a battery that is twice the size of Erzberg.
