Lowering my max speed?

I know some riders change a part to have a faster max speed with assist.
To enjoy many hours on my 500Wh battery could i modify my system so my assist would cut at 26 or 28 Km/h instead of the 32?
I just bought it and my plan is to do 4 hrs rides. Without a car i pedal to the trails and back.
I had the cassette replaced from a 10 S 11-36 to an 11-42 to avoid draining the battery climbing.
With 4 assist levels i plan to rarely use the maximum assist mode.
Here is a link to my 2017 HT, thanks.

Thanks JayVee. I allready figured that 80rpm is effective at stretching my time per charge. I will simply do a few rides at 90 and be able to know without reading. In the streets and the trails i prefer to look at potential risks. It is obvious that an easier gear is less likely to drain the battery. Before buying i talked with a guy who told me riding with his wife at 22 km/h(her bike has no assist) he came back home with lots of time in the bank but by himself at 28km/h the charge left was smaller for the same time in the saddle.

I ride an Obrea Gain Road Ebike. I've noticed with this rear hub system, 70rpm appears to be the sweet spot. Lots of battery life, yesterday's ride 24 miles, 14% battery used all on level one. Average speed was 15mph. That's using a gear around 50x15. Readout estimate is 112 miles left in the tank.
