I ate snails once in a french restaurant, and once I gathered some and cooked them up. Not great. Wild asparagus was great though. Never had any farmed asparagus that was like it.
I think I'll go for the earthworm cookies and roasted grasshopper coffee.

I had snails a couple of nights ago with friends at a local restaurant served on top of a waffle with lots of butter and garlic. Deelissh....
