Loaner bike. Thank you, Pedego!

My husband's City Commuter needs a bit of warranty service. So, he rode home on ... a loaner City Commuter. :) This is why I wanted to get a bike from a local dealer. I feel very fortunate to be close enough that we can benefit from this. I hope that as ebikes proliferate (and I think they will), that getting a loaner from the dealer or repair shop will be as common for ebikes as it is for cars! Especially for those hoping for a car replacement, that loaner bike is important. We do have other commuting options, but my husband loves to commute on his bike.

Glad to hear about your great experience with your local bike shop.

Wehave purchase two bikes, one from the internet and one from a local bike dealer. The experience at the local bike shop was great! Going back to discuss ebikes and look at bike stuff is always a pleasure and a fun time. Our LBs gave my wife some cool coupons which not only included service but some free ebike rentals.
