Levo FSR 2017 504Wh battery, connectivity issue

Hi!
Im new here so hello everyone . I searched threads here before but can’t find solution. Few weeks ago I bought new turbo Levo fsr 2017 model, with 504wh sbc-b08 battery. Problem is that my phone (IPhone 6s) and mission control can’t find my bike (battery is turned on, I reinstalled it twice and launched it few times). Is there possibility that this battery has no Bluetooth module? How can I check it?

I have read the 2017 may need a software update. Did you register the bike with Specialized?
You may find an answer on the e-mtb magazine forum. There are not a lot of e-mtb users on this forum.
