I just added an expensive Kody Technologies tail light to my already expensive QuikrStuff bike rack. 
VERY sturdy and well integrated with the rack. It looks like it came with it IMO. It doesn't interfere with attaching the add-on ramp, folds nicely with the rack on the Jeep and for storage.
