Hello everyone, I just bought a used CCX and found this forum while searching for reviews. The bike is about 1 1/2 years old and has only 450 miles on it. I have so far found no problems with it but have only rode a few miles. I'm aware of the battery connection problems with some Juiced bikes but mine seems to be ok. Juiced has some horrible reviews about customer service. I don't know if this is because of Covid or growing pains or whatever and hopefully I won't need them. I'm going to try to find a bike shop in the Portland, OR that services Juiced bikes. If anyone knows of any please let me know.

You should be OK, Juiced dealt with most CCS issues on the CCX. That said, it bothers me that it only has 450 mi.🤔. I put 2500 a year on
my CCS b4 it became a parts bike ar 7000. The services issues were largely due to juiced growing faster than it could keep up with them.
Most any shop that works on ebikes can probably help you. It is a purpose built commuter, not for off road. I beat the hell outa mine finding
that out.
