I just purchased a Oceancurrent bike used for a great price. I rode it a couple of times and I am having an issue where the motor stops running only after a few seconds and i have to power down and power up motor runs then again power down and up. My bike shop said it was the Torque/Cadence sensor. Juiced wants 200 for a new torque/cadence sensor; juiced wants 70 for a cadence sensor. I am new to e bikes and am wondering the following:
1. what is the difference between torque/cadence vs cadence sensor? How will the bike act if i have one or the other. Pros and cons of each.
2. Does anyone have a torque/cadence or cadence sensor for sale I could purchase from them.
