Newbie looking to purchase bike. Stunner x ,best candidate so fat. Since its in my price range has bigger battery. I'm curious about top speed on juggernaut classic . I need 28 mph on flat ground if I can get it in 750w. Riding in traffic i need all I can get. If needed. I know it varies based on flat ground. Rider weight. Etc. I've read 34 mph. I've read 28 mph. Any juggernaut owners that have info on this ?

I have the stunner X 24" mtb tire, im 200 pounds, 28 mph is obtainable but i have to pedal fast ( about 110 rpm) with moderate to heavy effort. At that speed you start to run out of gear meaning the bike's highest gear is not high enough to pedal at a comfortable pace at 28 mph. If you want to do 28 regularly get a bike with the 1000 watt ultra motor if you can swing the cost.

Beside the speed limitations the stunner X is great bike. One option you can do is put a 48 tooth chaining on ( the bike comes with a 42 tooth). That will allow you to do 28mph with a more reasonable cadence like 95 rpm ish. I actually put a 36 tooth chainring on because i climb a lot of steep hills and do not need to go faster than 20mph.

28 is pushing the edge, and as mentioned, you will run out of gear without a chainring swap. I have a similar Bafang 750 hub fat bike and it does VERY well in city traffic up to 40kph (~25mph), and I out accelerate most cars from a stop away from the intersection. At that point it is all throttle to get beyond unless you like being the flash on pedals. I can get up to 45-50kph (~30mph) under throttle only on good asphalt with flat ground and no wind - best is probably 55 with everything on my side and a speed tuck going. Most city speed limits are below that, and you can definitely get a ticket for speeding on a bike! lol

I'm not expecting to be doing 28 m p h very much. Just hoping to have the capability to help get away from cars ,when needed mainly. Especially at intersections. I was more used to riding a motorcycle.. Obviously a bike is a different animal, not as capable of speed. ,acceleration. Ebike heavier than a bike getting across intersections. But throttle will come in handy. 1000w not legal on the road here and over my budget otherwise I would prefer it.

My old geared Bafang hub 750 would beat a HD away from the lights up to 15 mph. When I upgraded it to the 35A it was more like 20mph. Lot of torque.

Of course HDs are not that fast.

Does the stunnner have a 52v battery option, that and the larger chainring suggested would help.

HD Noise to power ratio very high!
