Issue with Biktrix Inverted Fork

Hey all. Writing because I'm having an issue with the Biktrix Inverted Fork and can't seem to debug it.

The shock seems to be rigid all the time. No matter where the lockout dial is (full anti, full clock, middle, etc), there is absolutely no compression on the forks.

I've tried a few things. Played with the rebound. Checked the air with a shock pump (set at 70). Still no go, won't compress at all.

One time when I connected the shock pump, when I released it a good bit of oil leaked out the air hole. This was well after I noticed the stuck fork but I thought that was odd nevertheless.

Any ideas on how I can get the fork to compress?

Email [email protected] and we'll send you a replacement fork if we can't help you debug it.
