Is WAVE Electric Bike shop still in business?

I ordered 2 new foldable bikes from WAVE electric bikes on 1/9/18 and have not heard anything from them.
They don't respond to emails and never answer the phone (can't leave a message). Have these people flaked out?
 
their most recent post on Facebook was back in September of 2017. Might not be a good sign from a company that had such a big push on in terms of marketing via their Crowd funding campaigns. They could be one of those Chinese ecommerce firms that has a front answering service who knows nothing about the products but just handles shipping distribution. Lots of strange stuff going on from these Asian firms these days, trying to penetrate US markets. They put on an interesting show for awhile, and make you believe they are American based, but their initial people that are in US are contract based employees. Once they get things sort of built up, then its transferred to very low paid phone answering services. If you call them, and it bounces around a few times, and it takes awhile to get a real person, and then ask them if Wave is in business still, and they pause (like the girl has to look up if that firm she is answering the phone for has to look on a list to see if Wave is still in business), then maybe you might want to cancel and get a refund as soon as you can. Just sayin'.
 
Thanks for your reply, I did actually talk to someone today when I called them and they are still in business and my order is shipping out tomorrow, so hopefully I will receive something in a few days. Not really sure how stable this company is but at this point hope my order arrives safe and sound!
