This is crazy. New Juggernaut Founders Edition with Biktrix’s XD motor making 3000 watts with a 60v 20AH battery and dual drive system. On the right side of the bike is a conventional bike drivetrain. On the left is a heavy duty motorcycle style drive system. Biktrix quotes speeds of 40+ mph. Multiple custom options are available like their other bikes. The intro price isn’t that bad at $4399.00 for the XD version. They also have a “less” powerful version with a Bafang Ultra as the motor that makes 1800 watts.

Yikes!

A 60V 20AH battery is 1200 Watt Hours.

A 3000 Watt motor would drain the battery in 20 minutes at 50 amps.

You'd probably need to replace the battery after a few dozen rides.

People who buy something with lots of power and goes fast tend to ride it that way.

I hope Biktrix built their battery with safety in mind and a BMS that monitors cell temperatures, and balances the cells.
Pulling 50 amps from a 20AH battery is the kind of thing that can set a battery on fire.

It’s not pulling 50amps and 3000 watts at 100% of the time. That’s just the peak wattage. Yes there is a tendency to want to use it with that much power but no way you’re riding this bike flat out all the time. I have two other high power e-bikes. A Vintage Electric Scrambler with 4000w 72V 20AH battery and a HPC Trailblazer with 1800w 52V 17.5ah battery. Ob both bikes you can easily do 20 - 30 mile rides. I expect this bike would be no different.
