Up until several months ago we rode with whatever color our comfortable clothes displayed — often very dark to black.
Then our riding group adopted hi-vis T-shirts. Soon thereafter we added hi-vis jackets, some got hi-vis helmets, etc. Now it has become more common to see hi-vis among area bikers everywhere than dark/dull.
Now, we never ride without hi-vis clothing. Is that too weird? A real benefit is vehicles very rarely DON’T stop for us at intersections.
Are you riding with hi-vis clothing?
