I joined the forum to find info on an eVox ebike that was gifted to my wife. It belonged to her father. However we were not informed the battery should be charged monthly, now it will not take a charge and I have learned the company has been bought out and discontinued. Does anyone know of a company that can refurbish the battery or have a line on a new one. The model # JINAN400W, Dyname Propulsion (520wh/96v). we live in BC. Canada. We would appreciate any helpful ideas sent our way. I have to say that the sidecar pic from PedalUma is totally cool. Thanks in advance

Thanks for the quick response. The stickers on the Battery and charger have Dyname Propulsion on them. You are right eVox is the brand. It looks like the eVox city in the second video. The bike is in storage just now, and can get exact model tomorrow
