A nice budget ebike the Cybervelo EK7 I got needed a few upgrades for my grocery shopping trips. So I mounted a front basket, a large rear rack, a couple locks, a rear view mirror and a cargo trailer. Since I had the larger rack and still wanted to use it with the trailer I mounted the seat post trailer hitch to the rear rack with three u bolts. Initial ride with empty trailer was fine other than the noise from the plastic basket inside the trailer bouncing around. That should not be a problem when loaded. I also have a 60T front chainring to install but it is not compatible with the stock crank arm bolt pattern so I ordered a new crank arm set and that should complete the mods to this bike later today.
