Help, cant start my New Whizzy R1 Plus

Problem. I charged the new battery for hours. To start book said use keychain,,,push unlock 1time then :zz Twice. Nothing. Help Somebody

New,,Whizzy R1 Plus... PS. Anybody have this e ride ???

You should start by using a multi meter to check the voltage of the battery. Most battery management systems will not allow a charge if the voltage had dropped below a certain level. So just because it was on the charger, doesn't mean it has a charge. After that it will take more troubleshooting skills to see if there is a fuse in the battery, or if there is a wiring issue.
