I converted my stretch cargo bike because there weren't any but pedego in 2017, and pedego stretch was $4000. My yubabike+panniers+front basket+dual leg stand was $1900 with free freight because of accessories. My 1st hubmotor & 3rd battery were $840. I like the hubmotor on the front and the battery on the front instead of between my legs. You can't buy a bike like that: you might fall down on muddy steel and sue the vendor. If the battery burns your glands, well, everbody puts the battery between the legs, what is wrong with that?
Definitely read about battery vendors. My 1st 2 batteries were trash, and I only got the money back from the first one. My first hubmotor lasted 4500 miles, but better ones were not available Oct-Dec 2017. Something like now, the ware houses are empty.
