Hello from u.k east yorkshire - problems w/ full E+2 syncdrive motor

I've recently purchased a giant full E +2 with the syncdrive sport motor. I'm Having a bit of trouble with the speed box 2 chip, once fitted I'm left with 2 connector blocks with no were to plug them into. (Wire's are from the bike. Not the speed box). When turning the power button on it turns it's self off straight away. Has anyone ever experienced this befor. Thanks mike

Mike, do you have pictures?

Looking at the speedbox website, the speedbox 2 has different connectors to the platinum . I suspect the platimun is designed for the syncdrive sport and the speedrive 2 is designed for the pwx , and the confusion is between the full e ( syncdrive) and a full e pro ( pwx) . Have you tried contacting speedbox to clarify this?

If you get nowhere by contacting them, let me know and I'll open up my electrics to get a picture of the full e pro so you can compare.
