Hi everyone, Steve from Portsmouth here. Many thanks for the add. Just bought my first ebike at the age of 53. Giant Fathom E+3. I am going to put this out there, I’m having problems with the Giant Ride Control app. I can’t register myself after it picks the bike up via Bluetooth, just kicks me out after I input my details and flashes up “No network connection “. Any ideas? Thanks.
