Wife and I have just ordered our first e bikes. 2021 liv Amiti e +2 and 2021 Giant explore e+ 1 pro. Now the waiting starts. With the COVID demand on bikes LBS says unknown delivery date but possibly December which means no riding until spring.

In the mean time, there is a ton of information on this site from helpful members willing to give you support. Take in as much as you can while you’re waiting for delivery.
