I've had my Marin San Rafael DS-E (with the 11-speed Alfine hub) for nearly 2 years. Only problem is my recent E10 an E20 errors.

I hope you bought it from a dealer that will help you. My e-bike doesn't have a display to tell me about errors. 18 months, it still spins the wheel when I turn it on.

Some forums are reporting possible dirty battery contacts. Going to spray contact cleaner on them. I remove my battery and store it in a shed under my carport. Gets lots of dust on the contacts. Need to clean and then cover the contacts between rides. See if this fixes my problem.
