My name is Warren and I recently purchased a HimiwayCruiser ebike and I have a few questions about maintenance repair etc.
there's no problem with the bike so far and what I wanted to ask you was when cleaning it can it be turned upside down because I noticed the controller is on the bottom and then also the LCD screen has lines underneath. I know it says not to submerge but I'm sure some splashes would get on the LCD screen and the control I'm not that worried about but it's just as important.
My next question is I have a paneer that is quite large it would fit in all respects except for the fact that the rack doesn't block it from being pulled into the spokes, I was wondering do you sell any other type of rear rack more suited to large pioneers.

Hi Warren and welcome to EBR. You can turn the bike upside down. Just be careful with the stuff mounted on the handlebars. It is hard to tell about the rack/pannier situation without pictures. Maybe you can mount the pannier a little further forward on the rack as long as that doesn't cause heel strike. Or you might have to look for a different pannier. I think it would be easier to replace the pannier than the integrated rack.

Thanks for the information, I have turned it upside down once just to wash it and I didn't want to continue to take chances if it's something that I shouldn't be doing.
