Hi,
Does anyone know what is the oultlet type and voltage on the lights wire on the -- 2015!! -- Haibike Yamaha PWseries mid mounted engine?
Is it possible to find a DC/DC USB converter - or ANY other DIY solution - to be able to charge a 5v device (GPS-iPhone) while riding??

Not very helpful but when I bought mine, I was told by the dealer, that outlet is for charging a mobile or for connecting a light.
Havent been able to check as I dont have a suitable cable & don't have the need.

Looks like it is 6v - 500mA, I found that information on a site on the Nederlands.
No data regarding the outlet type yet.
