I have seen where others here have had Haibike battery-related problems, but can't find anything about the external bracket failing to release the battery. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem? The bracket, mounted atop the downtube on my 2016 Sduro Fullnine RX, stopped functioning; i.e., won't release the upper end of the battery.
I cannot find any way to undo the latch holding the battery in. The key will turn, it even goes all the way over to where it's supposed to, around 1/4 of a turn, but no release.
If anyone else had this problem, how did you fix it, if you did?
