Haibike 35cm standover guesstimates

My wife is currently riding a Liv Amiti-E small frame. Her inseam is 26.25" with no shoes.

I'm wondering about the little 35cm Haibike frame. I'm told the 35cm HardLife is not available. What about the HardSeven? Does anyone have a 35cm Hard Seven? If so, could you please measure standover for me? The top tube angles upward sharply so measuring standover is a bit problematic. Give it your best shot if you could please.
