Gotrax ebe3 wont turn on

battery shows fully charged when i press button on battey,.. once i put on bike , bike will not turn on..
what should i try???
gotrax ebe3 like new.... has like 10 miles on it.. it did start and work fine a few weeks ago.. battery has very litttle use in last several months..

can anyone help me here??? does the battery ever say full and its totally dead??
