Somehow a month ago I suffered a heart attack, I said it was indigestion all along even in the ambulance, glad they didn't listen. ( not over weight, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, don't eat red meat and commute 30 mile a day on the bike ).
After having a stent fitted and my HGV license suspended for 6 weeks so no work, I was told to take it easy for awhile until stuff inside sorted it's self out.
So seeing as the weather here has been stunning, the Ebike has been out nearly everyday and as the recovery progresses, the level of assist is been turned done when appropriate. Eg no honking up big hills in Eco and blowing all the surgeons hard work. We are trying to be sensible about this. Where I live there is very little flat landscape so every ride tends to be hilly, which rules out any ordinary bike rides for now. The Ebike has stopped any cabin fever setting in and I feel I'm doing the best in a controlled way of not losing too much of my fitness. A big ? to Ebikes. I would have been climbing the walls by now. ?

Glad you're doing well, ebiking is great therapy. I'm 80 and after several strokes I'm riding my eBikes every day for fitness and to help with my balance. EBikes rule.
