No. But a tire that is 1.15" thin, and foam will not be anything but a uncomfortable ride. No you might not get a flat, but in a fairly short period of time the foam will just shred off the rim. (Yes this has happened to people)
For $4 more than the 26" geo-orbital you can get an ENTIRE ebike, the Pace 350, that will be much stronger than the geo drive, much better range, both a true throttle and pedal assist, and have a battery with nearly twice the watt hour capacity, and the tires are 2.2" thick comfort style Kendas. You'll also have real disc brakes and motor cutouts built into the brake levers.
