are either of these "HS" speed pedelec models? or are they both class1?

Good morning, both bikes configuration are up to 20mph....but
With the Supercharger you can avoid that 20 mph limit from the intuvia display. The dealer install the speed box ( https://www.ebiketuning.com/shop/bosch-gen2/speedbox-bosch-gen2.html) so if you want, yo can ride as fast as you can ;-)
