i am having some issues with my new flyon nduro 10. intermittently and only when in eco mode, the computer shows a critical error and the motor freezes. it never happens with any of the other power levels and its very sporadic. i'm trying to figure out the pattern of the failure and it may be related to the temperatures I ride in-seems to happen when its cold - under 7 degrees C , Has any one else been experiencing similar issues with the flyon?

That's a pretty new and expensive bike (lucky you), so I doubt you're going to get many hits on the forum.

I assume it's under warranty, why don't you take it to a Haibike dealer?

unfortunately there are no more haibike dealers left in canada. the bike is powerful and a great ride but a little too heavy. its not really all that much better or different than my nduro 9 with the bosch motor. i have 1500 km on it so far since i purchased it in march.

You can try Haibike USA customer service. They are pretty responsive albeit via email. Since it's such a new motor, your best bet is probably to start with the manufacturer.
