Hi guys hope everyone's well, I recently bought a trek powerfly 9.7 and was made up on my first ride out, had a great ride and got to see places I wouldn't have on my old standard bike. Since then though I've had a major issue, after the first ride I went to turn the bike on after charging and the bike appeared dead, nothing lit up on the handle bar display (bosch purion), so I called the store and they suggested changing the batteries in the purion (which I did) to no avail.
I tried the bike out of the blue the following week and it turned on and I got another good ride, however, I've come to turn the bike on yesterday.... and it seems dead again. I have removed the battery and tried charging separately and the battery has 4 green lights (fully charged) yet when I put back on the bike, nothing....
Has anyone had any similar issues?
