After a lot of previous EV projects I've assembled a good source of suppliers. I decided to spec out all the parts needed for a complete conversion.

Reviews of the above motor has a 220 lb rider doing 0~30 mph in 6 seconds on cheap lead acid batteries, expect better with LiFePO4. Range reported with 12 ahr SLA with light pedaling is 20 miles. Remember LiFePO4 do not have near the Peukert effect of SLA, so same rating would have increased usable ahr. Extrapolates to at least a 40 mile range.
You need a long lead time for the charger from my past experience with the company, good products, 1+ month delivery.
