I have a 2019 Como 4 with several options including rear rack, suspension seat post, suspension handlebars and grippier Continental tires.

I ride rail trails, mostly crushed stone. I have panniers and a rack bag. Needless to say I’m carrying a lot of weight with all these options and am above 250lbs. in body weight.

I find I am unable to ride even 40 miles on a battery charge only using PAS1. Does anyone know of a source for the 500w or 600w battery to purchase so I can ride farther?

It's your Specialized LBS (or, any Specialized dealer). No other way. Only 600 Wh batteries are being sold and these will fit your Como. You need to order the battery cover as well.

Yeah, I saw the new price but I would have to drive from WV to New Jersey, over 500 miles, for this one since it can’t be shipped without HazMat fees.
