I'm thinking of making my walking bike an eWalking bike, I'm thinking of an Ultra powered machine. Any comments or insights?

I wonder if the "One Motor" (ShareRoller) discussed on this site could be adapted. I am not sure with that small back wheel though. It does look like a cool bike for folks who have a partial disability and can't use a bike or trike.
