I've been using these Safe Zone mirrors for many years. They're large and take some getting used to. They aren't for everyone but for me anyway, they are the best of all the mirrors I've tried. They attach to the helmet with adhesive or zip ties but I prefer Velcro so they can be easily removed and used on other helmets.

My only complaint is, the mirror surface is easily scratched. I've damaged a couple through rough handling but they were quickly replaced under warranty. To protect from damage, I now use these cloth sacks during storage:
