I need some quick help about electric brushless motors. I'd like to buy a new scooter (yes, not a bike). Some eBay/China sellers claim their scooters have 1300-1500W motors. I read that sometimes such high wattage is achieved at high RPM and it's better to have low rpm motor with high power than high rpm motor. But I need to get more opinions.
