Hey fellow ebikers
I’m new in the field of ebikes
I lost my drivers license so I
Need an ebike to get around
I’m looking in the 5k price range
All of my riding will be in Manhattan and Brooklyn
I don’t want to waste money on and ebike
That has features that I will never use
As far as fat tires extra suspension ect
I don’t want to waste money on features that
Are needed for off-road ebikers
Like I was saying all of my riding will be in the streets so I would rather put the money
Into the features best for street riding
I’m looking for an ebike that gets the most miles
On one charge and I would like to mostly use
The throttle I know I will have to do some pedaling
But I would like to use the throttle as much as possible if anyone has any suggestions on which
Ebike I should buy I would really appreciate it
Thank you fellow ebikers
And ride safe

You already posted this.
Buy this ebike.
5000W-12000W 72V Power Stealth Bomber
does about 50mph with a 60-mile range.

Manhattan to Brooklyn in 10 minutes.

Yamaha and Giant (Yamaha power) give good economy at a decent price to come in under your price limit. Specialized? Not sure about their pricing. Good dealer network. All three do not have a throttle.

Priority Bikes, located in NYC, has a bike that meets your needs, the Priority Current. Don't believe that has a throttle either. Added plus is the Gates Carbon Drive system.

This is the same guy. With the same post. He wants to do 45Kph and not pedal for 100K. We told him yesterday that, That is an electric motorcycle! It would need a license plate and he would need a motorcycle license and insurance after passing the motorcycle safety training and test. I guess he won't listen, so he is asking again with a new thread. Some people should not be on the road. It makes me wonder the circumstance of the driving privileges being revoked.
